Georgia attorneys explore Gender in Negotiations while in Dubai.October 2016
Lovita taught a CLE on Gender in Negotiations during the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys’ (GABWA) week long excursion to Dubai. Participants learned about prevalent theories about gender differences in negotiations, current research of women’s negotiation styles when negotiating on behalf of clients and others versus when negotiating for themselves, and discussed general strategies for negotiation success. Lovita’s presentation was part of a day-long CLE program hosted by King & Spalding’s Dubai office.
